BASIC CLEAN

This usually is done to upkeep your home when the deep clean has already been done.  During a basic cleaning, we will not scrub or do any of the detailed tasks included in a deep cleaning.  

DESCRIPTION: The word "basic" means that your home does not need a deep cleaning. Homes that are receiving repeated ongoing basic cleanings have already been deep cleaned.  During a basic cleaning, we will not scrub or do any of the detailed tasks included in a deep cleaning.  Our housekeepers should be able to clean quickly and efficiently in a reasonable amount of time.  Should we face more work than what was expected during a basic cleaning or if we have to provide moredeep services to complete the job, you will incur extra charges.

TOOLS USED: Feather duster, cloth for light wiping, vacuum. No scrubbers, brushes or deep level tools used in a basic cleaning except in showers and tubs.

KITCHEN:
• Clean sinks and counter tops
• Place dishes in the dishwasher if empty
• Wipe all surfaces.
• Feather dust top shelves and wall hangings.
• Quick wipe outside of appliances.
• Periodically wipe the top of refrigerator.
• Clean inside of microwave.
• Periodically remove any cobwebs or as needed.
• Quick wipe cabinet knobs.
• Feather dust all baseboards.
• Feather dust all wood trim around door frames and windows.
• Once over vacuuming and dust mopping of floors.

BATHROOMS:
• Wipe & disinfect toilets.
• Wipe behind toilets and floors.
• Quickly brush around lid joints and screws of toilet bowl to remove any build up.
• Wipe and disinfect sinks and counters tops and outside of cabinets.
• Feather dust light fixtures
• Once over scrub of shower doors and door tracks.
• Once over scrub of shower walls and tubs.
• Polish mirrors, glass and chrome
• Feather dust all baseboards.
• Feather dust all wood trim around door frames and windows.
• Once over vacuuming and mopping of floors.

OTHER ROOMS:
• Feather dust all furniture and miscellaneous items.
• Feather dust ceiling fan blades.
• Feather dust windowsills.
• Remove all trash and replace liners.
• Once over vacuum floors and carpets from wall to wall.
• Vacuum under small mats and small area rugs (when possible).
• DESCRIPTION: Deep cleanings are more intense and take longer than a basic cleaning. It is ideal for homes that have not received a good top 2 bottom cleaning in a while or homes that have a lot of dust or that may not receive regular cleanings. They are great for move-ins, move outs, first time clean or just because. During a deep cleaning all debris, accumulated dust, grime and dirt is removed. High places get dusted, cobwebs removed, window, baseboards and door frames get wiped down, and bathrooms and floors get a good scrub down.

DEEP CLEAN

DEEP CLEAN:

Tools used: De-greasing agents, extension tools, damp cloths, scrubbing brushes, tooth brushes, crevice tools, grout brushes, dust mops, wet mops, step stool and a lot of woman power. We will first use a feather dusters then get to the deep cleaning.

Additional Services: Additional Services are tasks that are not included in a Simple Deep Clean but can be added per the client’s request. These tasks take extra time and will increase the quoted amount of your deep cleaning.

Once over vacuum and mopping of all floors and stairs.

• Feather dust and heaters

• Vacuum carpeted stairs.

• Feather dust and polish banister.

• Remove cobwebs 

• Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions 

• Vacuum crevices and behind sofas and other furniture periodically DEEP CLEAN:

•  Scrub and wipe sinks and counter tops

• Degrease all surfaces and shelves

• Degrease outside of appliances and top of refrigerator.

• Wipe cabinets and knobs.

• Clean inside of microwave.

• Wipe down all wall hangings with cloth.

• Remove any cobwebs.

• Scrub all baseboards on hands and knees.

• Dust all wood trim around door frames and windows with damp cloth.

• Vacuum and thoroughly mop floors up to 2 times if necessary.

• Reach all floor corners on hands and knees.

• Scrub & disinfect toilets.

• Scrub and wipe all crevices, corners, behind toilets and floors.

•Scrub out the build up around lid joints and screws of toilet bowl.

• Scrub and disinfect sinks and counters tops.

• Wipe down outside of cabinets.

• Wipe down light fixtures.

• Scrub shower doors and door tracks.

• Scrub shower walls and tubs.

• Polish mirrors, glass and chrome

• Scrub all baseboards on hands and knees.

• Dust all wood trim around door frames and windows with damp cloth.

• Vacuum and thoroughly mop floors up to 2 times or more if requested.

• Reach and scrub all floor corners on hands and knees.

All other rooms

• Remove accumulated dust from all furniture and miscellaneous items using a damp cloth and dry microfiber cloth to polish.

• Dust and wipe down ceiling fan blades with damp cloth if reachable.

• Wipe down windowsills.

• Remove all trash and replace liners.

• Vacuum carpets from wall to wall.

• Vacuum under small mats and small area rugs (when possible).

• Wipe down floor corners on hands and knees if needed.

• Thoroughly mop all floors and stairs.

• Wipe down heaters.

• Vacuum carpeted stairs.

• Wipe down banister.

• Remove cobwebs

• Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions. (Per request--additional fee)

• Vacuum crevices and behind sofas and other furniture when possible.

• Vacuum under and behind furniture when possible.

• Pet rooms get thoroughly vacuumed and mopped.

• Remove all dust from lamps and light fixtures using cloth.

• Wipe fingerprints and dirt from outlets and switch plates.

• Remove accumulated dust from wall hangings, framed photos and miscellaneous décor.

• General tidy up
